Today, I want to share with you what we do: shining a light on the reason why it makes sense to hire a buyer’s agent. This question has been coming up because of the new rules around buyer’s agent commissions – and how ultimately the buyer is responsible for paying that commission (and how this whole process works).

Not only keeping great records of what’s happening, but they should also be protecting your money and deposit (if you’re the buyer).
